Day 1 – Primavera waterfall To stretch from the trip, a 3km trek at the Muritiba park, around the town. On the way, we´ll pass by the Serrano river, the Halley pool and other small falls, until the Primavera waterfall. Sunset break at a nice sight place with a view from the town.

Day 2 – Trek Morrão - Capao Valley. On our fist trekking day, an amazing 16Km trek starting from Pai Inácio Mountain (20min from Lençóis) to Vale do Capão. Along the way, beutiful landscapes, the Águas Claras pool, Morrão, ending at Vale do Capão.

Day 3 – Fumaça Waterfall trek. After a 2hs trek, we´ll reach the top of the 380m canion to see the highest waterfall in Brazil, one of the most famous postcards from Chapada Diamantina. On our way back, swim break at the Riachinho waterfall before arrival at Lençóis.

Day 4 – Trek Capao - Lençóis. Moving back to Lençóis, the traditional Vale do Capão - Lençóis trail. Amazing views and good places for bath along the way.

Day 5 - Lapa doce Cave, Poco do Diabo Waterfall , Pratinha , Blue cave and Morro do Pai inacio. To rest the legs a little bit, trip by car on the way to Iraquara, known as the city of caves, to visit the Lapa Doce cave or Torrinha cave. With a local guide´s company, we´ll cross the 1Km cave, enjoying the amazing rock formations, stalactites, stalagmites, columns..

After the cave, we´ll head on to the Mucugezinho river, 20 min walk to the Poço do Diabo waterfall. At the same place we´ll have a delicious typical food lunch close to the river.

In the afternoon, we´ll visit the Pai Inácio Hill. An easy 15min walk will take us to the peak, that includes an amazing 360º from the area, followed by a wonderful sunset.

Day 6 – Sossego waterfall. Trek to the Sossego waterfall. Trek trough an old miner trail and inside the Ribeirão canion.. On the way back, stop at the Ribeirão do Meio swiming pool, a big natural pool with a slide

Day 7 – Lapão Cave. Visit to the Lapão cave. After an 1h trek from the town we start our crossing through the Lapão cave, one of the biggest quarzite caves in Brazil. On the way out, the impressive 50m high opening (excelent for abseiling!). Lunch break at the Lapão river pools and walk back to Lençóis.
